The American Motor Racing Association announces additional Road Warrior Tour dates

AMRA president Bill Hayes recently announced that the Brushcreek Motorsports Complex has been added to the growing list of tracks hosting 2005 AMRA Road Warrior Tour events.
With the Saturday, September 10th date scheduled, Brushcreek joins Attica Speedway as tracks hosting AMRA sanctioned events for the first time.
Located on St Rt 41, just south of St Rt 32 and the town of Peebles, Ohio, Brushcreek Motorsports Complex is a 3/8 mile high banked clay tri-oval. Fans will appreciate the spacious facilities, ample seating capacity for 4000, and the playground for the younger race fan.

"The 2005 AMRA Road Warrior Tour schedule is coming together very well" Hayes stated. "Right now, we have 11 confirmed dates, and several more inquiries. The inclusion of RWT dates at Attica & Brushcreek, two areas where the AMRA will be making their initial appearance, is both gratifying and exciting. The AMRA is very appreciative to have these opportunities to showcase our talented teams."
Also announced were the dates for the 2nd annual AMRA Road Warrior Tour "Triple Crown Challenge". The "Triple Crown Challenge" will consist of three consecutive nights of racing for the RWT, starting with a Friday July 1st date at Skyline Speedway near Stewart, Ohio. The following Saturday night, Road Warrior Tour action will move to nearby Crooksville, Ohio, and the Midway Speedway. The Tyler County Speedway will play host to the final night of the "Triple Crown Challenge", as the Middlebourne, WV track will for the second year run a rare Sunday night program as the final act in the 3 race drama.
New for the 2005 version of this popular 3 race format is the additional prize money being awarded to the top 5 points finishers in this 3 race mini-series.
Additionally, Tyler County Speedway will host a 2 day RWT event October 1st & 2nd, followed by the season ending 'AMRA Nationals' hosted at the West Virginia Motor Speedway, October 7th & 8th.
Other 2005 Road Warrior Tour events are scheduled at K-C (OH) Raceway and the Elkins (WV) Speedway, hosting 2 events each.
The American Motor Racing Association sanctions open wheel modified racing through it's weekly International Series, and it's traveling Road Warrior Tour Series in Maryland, Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
